Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Type: Part-time (3–4 days per week) with clear pathway to full-time permanent after 3 months
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 pro-rata + super

We’re a quality-focused trailer manufacturing business seeking a proactive and technically minded Sales Operations Coordinator to act as the operational engine room of our sales process.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, managing leads, and supporting technical sales in the marine and boating industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise our CRM system — including data cleaning, tagging, and prioritising leads.
Set up and maintain automated follow-up sequences and email marketing workflows.
Triage incoming enquiries by assessing customer needs (boat type, usage, destination, and towing requirements) and preparing detailed quotes.
Act as a gatekeeper to protect technical team time by filtering and prioritising opportunities.
Prepare professional quotes that highlight our performance features and options.
Send technical information packs, videos, and supporting materials to leads promptly.
Help develop structured processes for lead management and sales operations.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in an operations-focused administrative or sales support role, ideally in technical manufacturing, marine, 4x4, automotive, or similar industry.
Strong experience with CRM systems and setting up automated workflows.
Good technical aptitude — comfortable learning and communicating product features (e.g. construction methods, towing capacities, and compliance requirements).
Highly organised with a process-first mindset and the ability to create structure in a busy environment.
Technical curiosity and confidence engaging with experienced boaters and tradespeople.
Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with excellent attention to detail.
