We’re a quality-focused trailer manufacturing business seeking a proactive and technically minded Sales Operations Coordinator to act as the operational engine room of our sales process.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, managing leads, and supporting technical sales in the marine and boating industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise our GoHighLevel CRM system (lead tagging, pipelines, automated follow-ups, and reporting)

  • Handle incoming enquiries, qualify leads, prepare professional quotes, and actively close sales to convert opportunities into orders

  • Drive the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer handover

  • Act as gatekeeper to protect technical and workshop team time by filtering and prioritising opportunities

  • Support the Purchasing department with parts ordering, supplier coordination, and inventory management for sold trailers

  • Assist Workshop Operations through workflow coordination and clear communication between sales and production

  • Contribute to Marketing activities — including social media content, trailer photography/videos, and collecting customer testimonials

  • Send technical information packs and supporting materials to prospects promptly

  • Help develop and refine structured processes for sales, operations, and lead management

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar all-rounder role (experience in technical manufacturing, marine, automotive, or 4x4 industries is highly regarded)

  • Strong experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a big advantage)

  • Proven ability to qualify leads and actively close sales

  • Solid technical aptitude — comfortable learning and explaining product features, specifications, and compliance requirements

  • Highly organised with a process-driven mindset and the ability to create structure in a busy environment

  • Technical curiosity and confidence engaging with boat owners, skippers, and tradespeople

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with excellent attention to detail

Ideal Profile

You’re a systems thinker who also enjoys the satisfaction of closing deals and seeing projects through to completion. You have a genuine interest in boats, trailers, and the Australian marine lifestyle, and you thrive in a hands-on environment where you can make a visible difference across multiple areas of the business..

Why Join Us?

  • Play a significant, multifaceted role in the growth of a premium Australian manufacturing business

  • Work with high-quality, purpose-built products that serious boaters are proud to own

  • Clear pathway from part-time to full-time permanent as the business scales
