We’re a quality-focused trailer manufacturing business seeking a proactive and technically minded Sales Operations Coordinator to act as the operational engine room of our sales process.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, managing leads, and supporting technical sales in the marine and boating industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise our CRM system — including data cleaning, tagging, and prioritising leads.

  • Set up and maintain automated follow-up sequences and email marketing workflows.

  • Triage incoming enquiries by assessing customer needs (boat type, usage, destination, and towing requirements) and preparing detailed quotes.

  • Act as a gatekeeper to protect technical team time by filtering and prioritising opportunities.

  • Prepare professional quotes that highlight our performance features and options.

  • Send technical information packs, videos, and supporting materials to leads promptly.

  • Help develop structured processes for lead management and sales operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in an operations-focused administrative or sales support role, ideally in technical manufacturing, marine, 4x4, automotive, or similar industry.

  • Strong experience with CRM systems and setting up automated workflows.

  • Good technical aptitude — comfortable learning and communicating product features (e.g. construction methods, towing capacities, and compliance requirements).

  • Highly organised with a process-first mindset and the ability to create structure in a busy environment.

  • Technical curiosity and confidence engaging with experienced boaters and tradespeople.

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with excellent attention to detail.

Ideal Profile You’re the type of person who enjoys building systems so technical experts can focus on what they do best. You have a genuine interest in boats, trailers, and the Australian marine lifestyle.

Why Join Us?

  • Play a significant role in the growth of a premium Australian manufacturing business.

  • Work with high-quality, purpose-built products designed for serious boaters.

  • Clear pathway from part-time to full-time as the business scales.

  • Dynamic environment that values quality, innovation, and practical solutions.

Employment Details

  • Initial 3–4 days per week (preferred Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday).

  • Flexible hours during the part-time phase.

  • Structured review after 3 months for transition to full-time.
